Short, because there is little to describe. This site runs no analytics, sets no cookies and makes no request to any third party.

What this website collects
Nothing. There is no analytics script, no tag manager, no advertising pixel, no embedded map, no web font loaded from someone else's server and no contact form. Every asset — stylesheet, typeface, image — is served from this domain. Opening a page here does not tell any company other than our hosting provider that you did.
No cookies are set by this site, so there is no cookie banner to dismiss. Our host, Cloudflare Pages, writes ordinary server request logs (IP address, time, page requested, browser string) for delivery and abuse prevention. We do not read them for marketing and they are not linked to anything you tell us.
What we collect when you contact us
When you call (904) 604-7755 — the only way to reach us, since there is no form and no email intake — we record what we need to do the job: your name, the address the appliance is at, a contact number, the model and serial from the rating plate, and what the appliance is doing. If a repair goes ahead we also keep the invoice, the part fitted and the date, because the warranty depends on that record existing.
What we do with it
- Schedule and carry out the visit.
- Order the correct Viking part for your model.
- Honour the warranty on work we have already done.
- Meet the record-keeping any business has to meet.
We do not sell it, rent it, trade it, or hand it to a marketing company. We do not add you to a mailing list. We do not text you offers.
Who else sees it
Parts suppliers see the model and serial number needed to ship the right component — not your contact details unless the part is being delivered to you directly. Our accountant sees invoices. Beyond that, no one.
How long we keep it
Job records are kept while the warranty runs and afterwards for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Enquiries that never became a visit are discarded once it is clear no visit is happening.
Asking us about your record
Call (904) 604-7755 and ask what we hold on you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete it. We will do it, except where a record has to stay because a warranty is still running or the law requires it.
Changes
If this notice changes the date at the top changes with it. Ballast Point Appliance is a small independent operation in Orange Park, FL; there is no privacy department, just the person who answers the phone.
